is an authentic roadhouse barbeque originally located in Cayuga, NY, in the heart of the Finger Lakes and now featuring a restaurants in Finger Lakes Mall in Auburn, NY (open as of October 2008) and in Great Northern Mall in Clay, NY. All of our meat is seasoned with our own spice rubs or sauces and smoked "low & slow" over a smoldering wood fire. All of our "vittles" are homemade, topped off by our crowd favorite Texas sheetcake for dessert. In addition to our standard menu, we feature daily dinner specials plus an affordable lunch menu and daily specials.
