We are one of a handful of Barbecue restaurants in the Syracuse area that includes the Dinosaur Barbecue. It is a very competitive environment and this has allowed us to raise the bar. We smoke all of our meats on site with wood and none of our smokers use gas as a heat source. To us it is "All about the Meat"
Our hours of operation are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 11-8, Friday 11-8 Saturday 12-8. Breakfast will be served Sunday 8-noon

St. Patrick's Day week- Corned Beef and Cabbage! We will be serving our house made Corned Beef and Cabbage. We have already begun the brining process for our Brisket. Starting Thursday, March, 13 we will be serving Corned Beef and Cabbage until sold out.
We are now taking orders for House made fresh hams. They are a boneless fresh ham that we cure and smoke. Heating instructions included. Call the store for details.
